Please note that all work is handcrafted in our Austin studio, therefore orders may not be shipped until 2-7 days after order placement depending on the item (most of the time books from the One-of-a-Kind and Most Popular sections are shipped the next business day). If you need a book by a certain date in a short period of time please email or call us to determine actual estimated time of arrival of said piece.

Iona Handcrafted Books’ return policy is simple. We do our best to choose a leather for you that will satisfy you completely, but since each hide is different (due to our commitment to using only surplus leathers)it is possible that you might receive a book that appears different from your expectations. If this is the case and you would like to exchange it within 14 days, just call us and let us know, and then ship it back to us at Po Box 6096, Austin, Tx 78762 (you pay shipping both ways) and we’ll send you a new one (as long as it was in the same condition in which you received it). We’re a small hands-on studio and cannot do refunds, but we will not be happy until you are, so we promise to do our best to make sure that you are completely satisfied! Thank you so much!
